Deadly Nightshade Casserole!!

I saw a recipe on Joys blog (Joy and the Yamdaisy) and I thought "That sounds interesting" So I tried it out and it was delicious!!! It is made up of layers of different vegetables that belong to the same family as Deadly Nightshade and thank goodness these are not poisonous!! (Eggplant, Tomato, Potato, Peppers with some Onions and Cheese)
I can't wait until after June when all my exams will be over, because then I can craft a lot and my mum and I have put our names down for an allotment and also the school where my mum works has moved into a new building and we are both going to do lots of gardening. I will take lots of photos!!
Hope you are all having a good weekend.

Jar toppers and the Cheshire cat!

Inspired by Garden Bell, I have followed Kate's super instructions for pin cushion jar toppers and here are the results!! They will be very useful and I am very pleased.

After reading about a forth coming film - Alice and Wonderland, on Printed Material, I went to the film's website and printed out their template of a Cheshire cat and cut it out. After a lot of bending and sticking, it now actually looks like a cat!! I can't wait for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland film, which will come out in March.

It is the school holidays this week and I have lots of studying to do, because there will be lots of exams between March and June, resulting in me posting a lot less. :( But I am sure I will find some time in-between!!

Spiders and lovely Beads!!

I would just like to say a great big thank you to Lesley at Printed Material for donating to me some surplus beads and beading essentials!! :D It was very exciting to open the parcel and to discover what was inside! So far I have been busy putting the beads to good use making lots of spiders.
Last year I sold these at the school summer fayre to raise some funds for the school.

It took quite a while to build up that little selection, and now I am going to do some bracelets!! Have a wonderful weekend.
