I saw a recipe on Joys blog (Joy and the Yamdaisy) and I thought "That sounds interesting" So I tried it out and it was delicious!!! It is made up of layers of different vegetables that belong to the same family as Deadly Nightshade and thank goodness these are not poisonous!! (Eggplant, Tomato, Potato, Peppers with some Onions and Cheese)
I can't wait until after June when all my exams will be over, because then I can craft a lot and my mum and I have put our names down for an allotment and also the school where my mum works has moved into a new building and we are both going to do lots of gardening. I will take lots of photos!!
Hope you are all having a good weekend.

That looks absolutely delicious! I love dishes like this. We had something similar today with potatoes and mushrooms as the key ingredients.
Keep working hard on those exams. June is not really that far (I'm also saying that to myself; schools stop on the 15th of June for almost three months)
Gosh that looks great - there's no end to your talents is there? Don't wish your life away there will be plenty of time for gardening and crafting soon enough - though I do still (just)remember wishing things would hurry past so I could do whatever it was I had planned even though it's a very long time ago now! Enjoy your life NOW as well as looking forward!
Oo Well Done Lucy, I will send a link to the friend who gave me the recipe too!
The allotment will be great! I hope it happens soon!
Best Wishes and All Good Things!
Looking good. You can cook too. You like to garden. I too, can't wait until all you test are done and we can set you free with your camera.
