With all this hot weather the allotment has needed LOTS of attention. My mum and I have planted a variety of things to eat when they have grown: Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Peas, Potatoes, Borage, Radish, Beetroot, Strawberries....and many more!! We have also planted two Apple and Pear trees.
So much watering to be done!
There is still a tremendous amount of work to be done! Masses of grass and weeds to be dug out, but now it will have to wait until the summer holidays.
Wishing you all a very happy Easter!

Happy Easter!
Hey Lucy,
Bought a new laptop this week and all of a sudden I can read your blog again! Have been waiting for a new post to comment and let you know I am able to keep up with your news again. Allotments are hard work but it looks like you and Mum have made a fantastic start. Good luck with all your crops. I had some lovely strawberry plants until the rabbits got in there.... Happy Easter to you and Mum. Have a good one. Lesley x
So many vegetables and fruit! That's a lot of work that will bring a lot of joy and healthy produce, of course!
Hope you had a great Easter!

Interesting to see what's going on in other gardens/allotments. Lovely to eat all that produce.
Just stopping by to wave 'hello!'.
Hope you're doing great with your schoolwork!
Take Care!
