Allotment update!

The allotment has been progressing very quickly and already I have harvested a huge amount of crop (mostly fresh Peas but also Radish, a few Garlic bulbs, some Potatoes, Red Currants, Strawberries and Raspberries) All YUMMY!! :)
A photo of me harvesting one of the many Pea plants! As you can see there are still lots to pick!
Here are a few cosmos plants to brighten up the allotment on dreary days!
Finally a side shot of the lower half of the allotment!
Lots of weeding to do this weekend, I hope you have a lovely one!

You have done really well as this is your first year on the allotment. I remember our first allotment was covered all over with 6 foot tall balckberry bushes so you can imagine we didn't get much planted that year and certainly not as beautifully as your little plot. Good luck and just think of all that healthy food and the exercise you are getting to produce it all. Enjoy!

Love your allotment. I wish we had places like this to make gardens on this side of the pond. You've done really well and it looks like you'll enjoy a lovely harvest.

All the hard work you and your mum have done was definitely worth it, wasn't it?
PS. You look amazing at the prom picture; you both do!
