It is a very pretty bracelet! I have a similar one that is 25 years old. It came from a craft market. It is a very pretty blue, but not as intricate as yours! Congratulations!

Thank you so much for the blog award! "Learning about engineering" is a very cool thing to be interested in. My oldest son has applied to Virginia Tech for next year to study engineering. Again, thank you for the award. I just love your blog and the bracelet you have made is beautiful. Do you follow a pattern when you do beading or just make up your own designs?

Lucy,
Thank you for the award but it is you that are the star. You deserved to receive it in the first place better than anyone. After all, a girl interested in engineering must be a fascinating individual to know. The bracelet is a feat of engineering and dexterity in a way too - great choice of colour and pattern. Your work is so neat and fine and it looks great on. Lesley x
